Lunada Bay Dental Practice

Dr. Van de Velde ruined my quality of life drastically!!! I have been dizzy for a year and a half since I left her office. Her x-ray machines were all broken for some reason so she decided to take dry ice and put it on my exposed nerves to supposedly check for gum recession which we already know that I have gum recession…….She put dry ice on 3 teeth roots and created so much pain that radiated and went straight up to my brain and this induced daily dizziness that I cannot get rid of sadly. She damaged the nerves that go to my brain therefore she made my vestibular system go haywire. The dry ice she put on my exposed nerves was so painful and had no purpose or gain for me as a patient. She tortured me and left me dizzy daily for the rest of my life. She should make better choices and not do things that are unnecessary and super painful to the patient that cause lifelong residual horrible effects to the patient. I wish I never went to this dentist. Horrific!!!!
