Horrific office staff. 6 months + for Appt
My Primary had urgent on referral and when I called they gave me run around saying appts availability is in December. Asked for mgr who got on phone within 30 seconds and said previous girl filled her in on my situation to which I replied “ Filled you in, In 30 seconds ??? ! “ the Mgr, VERONICA, gave same line then said “ I THINK YOU NEED TO FIND A DIFFERENT ENT ! Call your Dr and I ended the call. Very RUDE STAFF.
