My visit to this clinic for an ear infection was deeply frustrating due to significant delays and a lack of clear communication from the staff. I arrived and checked in at 12:00 pm, initially told there would be approximately a 1.5-hour wait as three patients were ahead of me. However, when I inquired again at 2:00 pm, I was informed that the number of patients ahead of me had inexplicably increased to seven.The front desk staff was unable to provide a coherent explanation for this discrepancy, offering only confusing and unsatisfactory responses. They eventually suggested they could call me when it was my turn, which I accepted as I live nearby.
