Super disappointed in this office. Ive been having ongoing skin issues for about a year without any solution through my insurance. My mom decided to pay out of pocket for me to come here, desperate for some relief. She sent me here since the office is the one that Dr. Pimple popper is associated with since she is known for treating hard to diagnose cases like mine.The first time i came here, they did a biopsy and then they treated my skin with antibiotics and a topical. I called ahead to make sure that it was okay for my mom to charge the appointment, biopsy and lab fees to her card- she lives in a different state so cant be present with ID. They said there was no problem with that. They charged her card the $200 appointment fee, then sent two bills; one for the biopsy and one for the lab fees. Both were paid for with the same card. I had a follow up appt today. Since it's a good 3 hour drive roundtrip to get there from my place in LA, i took time off work. I arrived 15 minutes

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. I called and set up my appointment with a doctor a month before I was to go in, filled out all the paperwork that they sent me on text message, and one day before they called me that Dr. Gill changed and doesn't do full body checks past 3:00pm. My appointment was at 3:15pm. So I made a new day/time with the front desk. A few hours later, I received a call back telling me that actually she doesn't take my insurance, which is PPO Anthem Blue Cross. I canceled my appointment and the lady at the front told me that a different doctor, Dr. Fronek does take my insurance. So I made the appointment with her. I go in today and the woman at the front desk told me that no one in the office takes that insurance and that I would need to pay $180. Needless to say I walked out very upset. They need to get their act together. I wasted my time and money traveling to their location when I could have gone to someone else and not wasted valuable time.
