Good doctor, poor technology & Patient Experience
My daughter was scheduled for an appointment and we got an email about setting up a new portal account for her. They system messaging was confusing and time consuming to figure out what to do. The person on the phone didn't know how to give actionable information. They told me I had to install an app and then create the portal after they sent me an email that said click this link to set up the portal. Then when I clicked the link I never got the text message confirmation from the system. When I called back for more help I sat on hold of as of this writing over 10 minutes.
