This review is more about their horrendous scheduling system. An order was placed by Dr. Ashok 6 weeks ago for a CT scan. I was advised I would get a call once authorized. Two weeks later I received an automated call to contact their scheduling department for an appointment. Called the number and received a message that system was down and to call back another time. Received another automated call to schedule appointment. Same result--system down. After trying this for about 4 weeks, I called the main hospital line and had operator transfer me to radiology. Got connected to a recording that said my wait would be 179 minutes so I took the option of leaving a call back number. Never received a call. Frankly, I don't know how patients are supposed to get through for something as simple as making an appointment. If you are so understaffed that you cannot receive a call without keeping a patient on hold for 3 hours, at least set up online scheduling. This is 2021!!
