Save yourself a lot of headaches and search around for better health providers. Their "family care" practice leaves a lot to be desired and one person has no clue what the others are doing or have done. I've been seen at 2 of their locations and found other than Dr. Ghadimi, who left without notice, the others are just Nurses, NP's, PA's, who do not understand medical issues. The PA I saw on the first visit after Dr. Ghadimi left, came in gave me a referral to get weight loss surgery, even though I was there for an ongoing medical issue with Lupus and rashes. They didn't even have my records from a few months earlier when I saw Dr. Ghadimi, so he had no clue what tests and biopsies they did previously and hounded me about surgery instead of addressing the current medical issues. Now, they say patients MUST be seen twice a year even though insurance only pays for 1 well visit per year? Worse, they're refusing to refill heart medication until I see them again.
