Impossible to get a response or an appointment

My visit was fine, though not particularly encouraging. The doctor who saw me for my new patient appointment basically glossed over a several sports injuries that I need treatment for, as well as ignoring my request for refills on my asthma inhaler. Beyond that, I've called several times and been promised a return call. There have been no return calls. I've also sent several emails in. No return emails. A waste of time, now I have to find a primary care doc that is worth seeing.
