Blue Sky Neurology

I adore Dr. Maa, and thus he's the one and ONLY reason I have remained at this practice. It's nearly impossible to find a good neurologist and get established. That being said, I struggle to write a single positive word about the staff. I have been nearly driven to tears on countless occasions by their carelessness, constant rescheduling, unresponsiveness, etc. It causes me a great deal of anxiety to even pick up the phone to make an appointment nowadays, knowing I probably won't get through. It's understandable that an understaffed/overworked/underpaid/whatever it may be staff can't find motivation or manage their time, but it's at unacceptable levels. Which is even more detrimental at a specialty office such as neurology where your patients so dearly need your help. Do better.
