My father was admitted to this facility regarding fractured ribs. An unsupervised and untrained CNA tried to administer a urinary catheter into his bladder and ended up piercing his bladder, prostate and urinary tract into his colon. This resulted in a major infection due to the introduction of fecal matter into his system requiring emergency surgery to remove a large portion of his colon and had to have an ostomy as a result. Don't EVER go here!

I went in for a preventative care procedure, which was to be covered by my insurance. I was told prior to the procedure that it would all be covered by insurance. The hospital FAILED TO DISCLOSE that if anything changed during the procedure, it would change the procedure from preventative to diagnostic and I would be responsible for the pout of pocket expenses!! I received bills for over $2000.00 because of this non-disclosure! When I spoke with billing, I was told that they would speak to the administrators about potential patient costs on a covered procedure. He then handed the bill back to me and said there was nothing he could/would do for me and that I was stuck paying the entire amount! NOTE:when I called my insurance, they stated it was how the hospital billed them. IF they would have used the code for preventative care, it would have been covered. Since they billed it under diagnostic care, it was not! SO, the hospital won't tell you about these costs up front- but you will pay

Every time I try to make an appointment they will not see me due to being sick. Can't have you come in if you suspect you have covid... wait you are my primary care where should I go. Constantly wait on hold to get no answers. Have my two kids there and have to remind them what vaccines they require and hope that someone knows how to administer them. Joke of a healthcare facility.
