Edit to add: No one from the clinical team called him about the results. A scheduler, who can't understand the results, called him to schedule. Horrible business practices and the most unprofessional group I've encountered. Oh and surgery is necessary. Hope getting information from a glorified receptionist is sufficient because that's all they offer here.Initially, I was impressed. Husband had a kidney stone while we were out of state and needed follow up locally after surgery. They were able to get him in quickly but that's where it went south. Doc advised another surgery would be needed and sent him for imaging to determine the type of surgical intervention necessary. Two days later and we STILL can't get a reply about the results... or schedule the surgery. Unfortunately, not many options for urology in GJ so if this happens again, we'll just go to Denver. At least we can get some sort of follow up there.
