We thought this was a good clinic. We got too comfortable! We trusted them when the office staff informed us there would be no charge for an annual checkup. A week before the next appointment we get a call that we owe $25 for that annual check up. What?!! ok - I am pretty sure this isn't the first time they collected an office visit fee twice! We were informed that my husbands last blood draw showed everything was good - yay! - he has numerous health problems - Not so much at his next visit we were told he now has an additional health problem and that since his health is declining - because according to them he won't follow their directives - he is wasting their time as a patient! We alerted the nurse that we can't afford the medication he needs then we were informed that because we CHOOSE to not take the medications it is a waste of time for him to be their patient.
