One of the worst experience in healthcare facility in my life. I am from Canada and visited US for a week to meet my family. My son was sick during this time. Was coughing a lot and had sleepless nights. So, thought to visit this urgent care and encountered a worst experience.We had an online appointment at 3.50 PM and reached there on time. Despite of that we had to wait for about 30 min to meet a nurse. She took us to a room and asked for the details. I shared all the details of what my son going through. Then she asked for COVID test and other testes to be done. Then she said she will send someone to consult. After waiting for about another 30 to 40 min, another Nurse Practitioner came and starts saying that She will not even look at my son until COVID and other tests are done. She didn't even see my son. Then we agreed for for tests and they took some samples.After wait of another 15 to 20 min, she comes back says that tests are negative and we are good to go back. She was not ev
