Rushed, Traumatizing, Overall Poor
My toddler is very bad at new experiences, and I was told this practice would take their time and let him adjust.Instead, while he screamed and thrashed, they had me full-body restrain him and put tools inside his mouth which I couldn't see. They told me this is 'normal' for 'kids like him.' Both me and my kid are traumatized, and a balloon animal does not fix that.On top of that, the reception desk mis-typed my phone number when I made the appointment (which I recall repeating more than once) and thus could not call to remind me. They also had my email address from that booking, but did not use it.
