I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH AN APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS CORRECTED 123 ! I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY TREATMENT, VERBAL OR PHYSICAL !!!! TERRIFIC AFTERCARE ADVICE !!!!

I’ve had a recurring rash over my eye that needs a renewal of my prescription from a year ago. As I am leaving overseas within a week, it’s important to try and get in touch with someone. Tried to pop in and simply ask for a refill, but sign says only to call. I tried calling from my car but only got an outdated answering machine of October 19 stating they will reopen on Thursday. Today is Friday. I leave my message at 11:30 asking for a call back. No calls. I try again at 2:30. Leaving another message; I really need to speak to someone as it’s the weekend and I know they close Saturdays. Now after 3:00, I attempt one last time. Answering machine now says mailbox is full and they can’t take any more calls!! I finally decide to call my pharmacist on the slim hope they might find my prescription had a refill. Not surprisingly, I’m told to call my doctor for that. How are people to get any help or make appointments when it is simply impossible to get through to anyone!?
