After many years of being seen at this practice, I received a certified letter today dismissing me from the practice. Stated that the reason was for three missed appointments in a year which was incorrect as one of the appointments was rescheduled. Another appointment was missed but a missed appointment fee was paid. After all these years and in the middle of a pandemic I was dismissed. While having concerning medical issues and placing complete trust and having a high regard for my doctor. No calls to discuss just a certified letter. It has left me feeling very demoralized and abandoned by a doctor that I trusted immensely. No giving my side of the story or confirmation from me as to my agreement or disagreement with the alleged missed appointments. After over 10 years just a this is it and we are giving you 30 days to find a new doctor. Very very sad to me. In addition, the office staff are rude and insensitive toward patients and treat patients in a rude manner.

Terrible customer service, rude receptionist. Wouldn’t transfer me to office manager to discuss why I had been kicked out because I haven’t been in a few years. No notices ever sent to me to let me know this could happen.
