Total Pediatric Healthcare

Getting this office to send a prescription to our pharmacy has been an absolute headache. Tomorrow will be day three of the saga. First we had to wait six hours after my son was seen for his prescription to be sent to our pharmacy because the “doctor was busy”. When the office eventually called us back to tell us that his RX was finally sent, we discovered that it was actually never sent. By this time the office was already closed so I had to wait until the next day to follow-up. When I called the next day, the staff member had no record of it being sent. After trying to figure out what happened, she called me back and told me that they “for sure” sent it this time. I went back to the pharmacy several hours later just to find out that they still have not received the RX. Somebody has been failing miserably at their job at this office, which is completely unacceptable when a child needs antibiotics. I bet the billing to my insurance provider went down without a hitch though.
