Clay Eye Physicians and Surgeons

Rude staff, will not listen to patents. I called my insurance before I went there and my insurance said my copay was 0$. The receptionist very rudely told me my copay was 59$. And I would have to come back for another appointment. I need glasses and I need my eyes checked for nerve damage due to diabetes. They wanted 2 Co pays. I had called my insurance company for the copay and what they covered for glasses etc. Christine didn't bother to call my insurance company did not care about patient needs. VERY rude will never go back and I will make sure I tell everybody this establishment is rude and cares more about money than patient needs. I am going back to Dr Shmunes formally of Atlantic eye care. Thanks Cristine in the office. She gave all the wrong info and was rude. After I stomped off mad she called and said oh, hehe, I was mistaken. No copay but by then I knew they were scammers. I am on Medicare and my income is fixed and limited. They should be ashamed of themselves.
