Rheumatology Associates of Jacksonville

I am trying to pay the bill for my husband and have nothing to add about the actual provider but getting ahold of this office to make an appt. or pay the bill is practically impossible. It tooks weeks to make the appt. because no one answers the phone, it actually says the voicemail box of the person you are trying to reach is full so you can't leave a message- insanity. Then we receive the bill which I am trying to pay but they don't have a website to use so you have to call the number that is listed as what to call for a credit card payment- they respond with, 'Oh, you have to call the office to make your payment, let me transfer you.' So I call the number they listed on the bill and then get a voice message that says, the mailbox is full! How in the world do you pay your bill?? I guess I need to pull out an envelope and stamp, write a check and mail it off...how ridiculously backwards is this?! I do not recommend this place just from this entire experience alone!

Long-term patient. Dr. Zeb is not one of those uncaring physicians in a world of Mc-Doctors. He will be straight and kind about your diagnosis and treatment and won't waste your $ on a bunch of never-work but cost a lot of painful procedures. He doesn't try to 'upsell' you for more treatments or blame you for those extra 10 lbs. He knows a lot about prescriptions and alternative therapies and is not judgmental. It doesn't matter if you have a lot of $ or barely getting by; you will be treated with kindness/respect. His ARNP is great as well. He follows the medical standards. I've been his patient for years and was referred by another doctor locally for a more considerate level of medical care. There are no cures for every diagnosis; it's hard to accept.
