Arrogance
They have a policy stating that patients arriving more than 10 minutes late would have to reschedule.. I arrived early, was not checked in until 20 minutes after my appointment then told I could be seen one and one half hours after my scheduled appointment. Pure arrogance .

Arsenault Dermatology does not value me
I do not feel like a valued patient at Arsenault Dermatology. I had a procedure scheduled for April 9 at 9:30 AM, at the Lakewood Ranch Office. I had to totally rearrange my schedule for Tuesday 9th. A few days after I got everything setup the office called to say, the procedure had to be rescheduled. Because of my lack of satisfaction with Arsenault Dermatology, lately, I decided it was time to look for another dermatologist.
