Shady business practices
The doctors and nurses are great, however this office has shady business practices. I was charged $10 per every single school form that my children needed for the start of the year. A pediatric office is responsible for filling out these forms so that my child can go to school, and charging extra money for this is the definition of extortion. Additionally, I was not made aware of this until the end of my visit.
