I should've paid attention to the signs when I made the appointment after reading their brochure, because when I tried to make an appointment with their doctors, I was informed that she was deceased and another, retired, although their names were still listed. I was also unable to schedule an appointment with either of two physicians as they were going to be on vacation for a month, and eventually scheduled with a nurse practitioner. I called to enquire about the details of a test result but was given a vague response. To date I am left in limbo as I have yet to receive a response in that regard.
