Long wait with no seating available.

Was scheduled for a specific time. No one at desk to greet me when I arrived. All seats were taken in the waiting area. When someone finally returned to front desk after thirty minutes of standing, I was told the room was still in use. No apology. Said I would call back to reschedule. When I called back I got an answering machine. Decided this was too much of an effort for the service. Will not return.
