Atlantic Family Dentistry

This place is a piece of work! I have no idea how the actual dentist or hygienists are because I didn't get that far because of the incompetent salespeople office staff. I called to see if they took my insurance and was told they take most insurance. So I told them the name of my insurance to be sure and they said yes they take it. When I went in, I was told to have a seat and fill out paperwork. I asked don't they want my insurance information first and they said they'd get that in the back once I got started. I thought this sounded very weird as I'd never heard of anything like this. After waiting 45 minutes and filling out several pages of paperwork, I was told they were held up in the back and they'd go ahead and take my insurance information. After waiting another 20 minutes, I was told they didn't take my insurance, but they were offering a promotion for a $99 exam and cleaning if I wanted that. Ummm..... exams and cleaning are free with my insurance so why would I want that? So
