Terrible communications
I have a slight memory problem. I can not get them to call text anything to remind me of an appointment.I DO get a call saying I missed an appointment. How useless is that!. Must have something to do with them getting paid. I went in and asked the receptionist to have the manager call me. I had missed an apt and gotten the call telling me I had missed an appointment. He never called. Good buy Strive!
