Great doctors but terrible office staff. Very difficult to get an actual person to answer phone. Hold times are ridiculous and often over 30 minutes. To get prescriptions refilled is a mind numbing chore to get a hold of them. When one leaves a voice message it is NEVER returned. I have put up with this for several years now and finally realized that these doctors are not worth the aggravation no matter how good they are. Advent health is usually an amazing hospital but NOT at their Endocrine office suite 501 on Orange Avenue.
