Dr Rafiq is great. He patiently answered my three pages of questions, getting records when needed. My condition has improved greatly under his care. BTW: I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait to see him. His office staff are also excellent.

Support staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Ilagan is really smart, thinks in and outside the box, demonstrates a caring attitude and is very supportive. Calls to the office for refills are handled quickly. I trust him completely. I’ve seen Dr. Ivellise Lopez in the past, and she is also a good physician. Both of them follow through and communicate well.

The front desk staff, is responsible for setting the tone of the office, and I was tone DEAF. If you don't like your job, go elsewhere. The nurse who brought me into the back office, sounds like a robot. No bed side manner@ ALL. I work in the medical field and this was not a warm welcome to a new patient who's confused and worried about their health.
