ClareMedica Palm Beach Gardens

Everything at this practice has changed for the better in the past few years. Most of the doctors have left the practice and it is now a professional practice run by a great doctor, Dr. Romel Arjona, who is certified in Internal Medicine. He works closely with his amazing staff and scheduing appointments is easy. They return phone calls and everyone working there is friendly and professional. My previous primary care physician had sold her practice to ClareMedica when she was getting ready to retire and at that time, the practice used to be a mess. Since then, most of the staff has left and changed (for the better) the practice went thru a major overhaul was overhauled and was changed, putting the needs of the patients first. The practice became headed by Dr. Romel Arjona who he is now the doctor in charge of the office. There is currently one full time nurse practitioner working there named Lori Canasi and she is also excellent as are the 2 full time nurse assistants and all staff.

I am from a provider's office in Miami, FL and to request referrals from this practice is completely horrible! We schedule patients whose insurances require authorizations and referrals to come from PCP offices and it is always painful and stressful when requesting referrals from North Shore. I pray other providers have had better success than we have. We would NOT recommend this practice to anyone!
