Today I was told that administration (specifically Elizabeth Ball) made the decision that the office would no longer send a script to insurance companies for a wheelchair evaluation despite Dr Connors requesting it. It’s too much work to help me, even though I am a 20 year + patient and have given them thousands of dollars and now I just need a script. If you aren’t going to have surgery, don’t bother to see them because they just chase the almighty dollar and leave patients in pain and agony because they won’t send a script and office notes to my insurance company. Go to another office where they care about patients, not money.

Not a place to go if you want medical care. The staff is unfriendly. Advanced Orthopedics' does not care what the patient has to say. The doctor even refused to speak to me over the phone. The patient's health is a far 2nd priority. If is very sad when medical professionals do not put patient's health and well being first. If you want actual medical care, find a different place.
