Pulmonary Associates of St. Augustine

Staff deletes messages that I send asking to speak to my Dr. They do not answer messages or answer phones. They have have given me untrue information about prior approval. They need to clean house with office staff and start over. I fully intend to.file a complaint with Flagler and AMA. They are that bad.

After at least 10 texts, and voicemails, over at least a 10-day period, they have never responded to me. I have important questions prior to my first visit. They never answer their phones ever! This is no way to run a business. They assure you within 24 hours on their voicemail that they will respond to you by talk or text. Nothing! I cannot go to a new provider without having answers to important questions I need to know prior. Totally unacceptable way to run a business. Although I am required to check the box below, I have not yet seen the provider. My review is what I went through prior to seeing the provider.
