Terrible Service
The facility is incapable of keeping up with the amount of patients. Wait time has increased dramatically and the service is terrible. You now have to sign in on a kiosk (terrible experience) so that you can have the honor of being checked in for an appointment that they never keep. Expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour before being seen. Last time, I waited in a hallway lobby for almost an hour. I walked out of my appointment today due to the wait. I will not return. Good luck.

I have used Eye Associates for many years. The service sucks now. Took a friend having problem with lense from surgery, 2 month wait before they would see him. Go for appt sees Doctor, they do doing that day. Have us wait to get another appointment, leaves us in hallway for 40 minutes.
