A Bad Experience
Ranks as one of my worst Medical procedures ever! On December 21, 2022, I arrived for an MRI of neck and spine. I explained that I have hearing loss and was told to lie on the table with absolutely no further explanation of what to expect! Ear muffs were placed loosely at the bottom of my ears and a restraint was placed painfully on my lower jaw. The next 20 minutes were pure torture with painfully loud noises further creating a feeling of claustrophobia. I was then summarily dismissed! My complaint is for the complete lack of caring and communication.
