2x needed an RX quickly. 1st time took 8 days to respond. 2nd time took 6 phone calls and 6 hours. I complained by sending a note via their portal, zero response 4 times (kept sending the email seeking a 10 min call with Dr to provide her feedback). Just got fired by this practice and they told me go elsewhere. Incredibly unprofessional and shows that they are not professionals but they are just 'practicing'.

Dr. Kale,I just want to say again how grateful that I am for the doctor and the person that you are. Your skill and caring nature is so refreshing and motivating. I feel uplifted and hopeful everytime that I visit you. You always make me feel seen and heard. I always feel like you see the big picture and you help me remember what's important.Thank you sincerely for the person and doctor that you are. You are one of a kind. Truly grateful and humbled to have found you as my doctor.

The office staff is a disaster. No one cares about your health. You are nothing more than a number to them. Waited 3 months for an appointment only to be canceled on-site. No notice no consideration no reschedule accommodations. In fact they offered to go on a waiting list or make another appointment in 2 more months. No care whatsoever. I do not recommend doctor Cotto or anyone from this office as the doctors here allow such thing to happen. The supervisor was laughing while I was a sharing concerns around how they handled the situation. Do yourself a favor and choose a doctor and team that cares for your health problems.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your health care needs. The office is an absolute disaster. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter 3 months ago with Dr. Cotto. We called every month before the appointment to see if they could fit us in sooner. The date of the appointment 2/22/2024 at 1:30pm, when we got there they told us the appointment was canceled since the doctor was not there. They did not give us the courtesy to call and speak to me or my daughter before we arrived. They pulled out a letter dated 2/6/2024 that we never received. If we had received that letter, why would we be there for the appointment? I don’t believe they actually mailed the letter. They swear they called and left voicemails, but we never received any notification. Seems they never actually made the call and they certainly did not leave any voicemails. How do you even consider canceling an appointment that has been waiting 3 months?! They have no consideration for anyones time or health.

I'm not sure about the other docs here but Dr. Cotto is great and so is her nurse. The waitlist here actually works too so while they r usually booked 3 months in you can still get an appointment. I will admit the ppl at the front desk aren't very nice tho neither is the phlebotomist? .

I have been coming here for 11 years and it has gone downhill. Dr Epstein is incompetent and should not practice medicine, rude staff and everything is horrible about this so called medical practice! I will be switching doctors!

I have a very busy schedule (not unlike a doctor). I made an appointment and then had to reschedule it once and then again. On the second call, I was told I would be removed from their system due to 2 reschedules. I thought it was just the one doctor but I have now learned that they banned me from the entire practice! Since their doctors make up the bulk of my list of preferred providers, this is a real hardship. This is a terrible business practice.
