I only met with my physician once and was then only allowed to meet with the physician's assistant and was highly disappointed. Not only did she not listen to my concerns but her notes did not match the diagnoses that she told me during my appointment. The office staff was kind up until the point that I needed my to get a letter for school for accommodations. One staff member spoke so rudely as if I was asking for more pain meds. He told me, 'If I was in that much pain, you would not have missed your follow up appointment.' I told Lindsey (the PA) that I was unable to make that appointment since I no longer lived in Albany. She refused to write me a note for accommodations because of her lack of notes stating the true natural of my injuries. She kept saying I just had an ankle sprain so why did they have me pay $100 for a knee brace?! She never came to the phone but only sent messages through her staff. I have never been treated this horribly by medical staff.
