I was scheduled to have osseous surgery performed by Aubrey Scher over at Georgia Periodontics for my entire mouth. That's right, all four quadrants of the mouth for a total cost of $6,000. This doesn't even include the implant which was to follow the osseous procedure. The first half of the procedure (2 quadrants) was performed on Oct 9 2021. A cleanup which was scheduled for the following month had to be pushed onto Dec 1 2021 due to the fact that my gums were not healing quickly. During Thanksgiving week, I was sick with a very bad case of the cold/bronchitis with lots of coughing. I called the day before my scheduled cleaning to cancel since I was still sick with heavy coughing. I later came to find out from Linda (their receptionist) that Dr Scher was charging me with the late fee since I did not provide 2-days notice (rather than one days notice). Mind you, nobody at Georgia Periodontics even mentioned anything about requiring a 2 day's notice on cancellations. When I tried t
