Frustrating Patient Support

I actually like my doctor, but the long wait times and staff make it such a frustrating experience! If you are going for allergy treatment, you will frequently interact with the staff, and most of the time it is as if you are bothering them. No one will EVER answer the phone and if they call you back, they make you come in to get help. You used to be able to reorder medication online, but now you have to mail in a piece of paper or drive over there. It doesn't make any sense. I feel like no matter how nice I am, I am treated with an unhelpful attitude. I've been dealing with this for several years
