My wife and I have been patients at this practice for over 20 years. Dr. Herzog has been our primary contact for all this time. He is without a doubt, the ideal combination of professionalism and personality that we like in a primary care physician. He pays attention to both your physical and psychological states and knows how to be both assertive and empathetic. The practice itself is struggling with the consolidation of administrative systems that is an industry wide phenomenon taking place right now. It can cause disruptions in phone call responses and also frustration on the part of front desk people because their new systems are not yet responsive to them. At this point in time I would recommend looking beyond that and looking at what kind of results you get when you get to see your physician. There’s no way to not be pleased with Dr. Lonnie Herzog.
