I had a mammogram here a few weeks ago and because of my history these exams cause me significant anxiety. Therefore, I appreciated the calming atmosphere and how kind everyone was. I am also grateful that I did not having to wait, because waiting just increases my anxiety. However, I would suggest that you educate yourselves about working with women with disabilities. I have Cerebral Palsy and had to catch myself to keep from falling because the technician kept trying to position me without waiting to see what I needed her assistance with. UPDATE: Pink Monarch reached out to me and apologized to me for the negative experience that I had and seemed genuinely interested in doing better from now on. I really appreciate that and have decided to give them another chance. They also followed up with me a week later to make sure that I was okay which I also appreciated.
