Failed on every level
Ms. Shook has no business trying to help patients with mental illness. Maybe Ms. Shook doesn’t usually treat these illness's, but she sure took the money and never expressed that she didn’t want to help. However, she was defiant and showed no respect to the person she was supposed to help. I watched personally as she made fun of a person for having mental illness while that person was struggling and being vulnerable. She may not have understood her words and character at the time, but that is what happened from a third person perspective. Her body language told the whole story as well, this person had come to her for help and was nothing but an inconvenience. Very shocking and appalling behavior from a person that took an oath to help those in need..
