The front desk staff on the other hand, either don't like people or they don't like their jobs. Customer service is key and the patients shouldn't have to see you entertained on your cell phone with a smile, but give no hospitality to the person that is part of the reason you have a job. The discussion in the lobby was about them. One lady said watch this, she call the office number neither one of the answered and were not business working just cell phones. She said this is why they don't answer your calls. Another lady walked in no appointment in pain, she came because they don't answer the phone she was refused!
