Resurgens Orthopaedics

No greeting, no acknowledgment I was there. Waited 30 mins and nothing! Went to front desk to see what was up. I asked if I was in the right place and if I needed to fill anything out since I was told to be here 30 mins early. They acted like I wasn’t there and had been waiting. The lady asked me where I signed it at. I SHOWED the clip that was right in front of her and pointed to my name signed in 40 mi s now earlier. I was handed paperwork & filled it out in 3 mins. I’m still sitting here an hour and a half later with no one else in the waiting room!! This is absolutely unacceptable!! Waiting for over an hour and a half and still not called back!!! Took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appt and now I sit and wait! Sure we’re quick to get my co-pay though!!! Really poor customer service and total lack of concern for me or my time! Still waiting!!
