Exceeded my expectations!
After reviews i had read online, i almost dreaded my visit, but i have to say everything from the initial greeting by the wonderful Receptionist, the Nurse's pleasant demeanor and calming intake process, and the Resident's interview and suggestions could not have been better. Dr. Zhang was thorough with her exam and provided detailed explanations of my situation along with a plan to hopefully avoid unnecessary surgical steps. I could not have been treated any better. A lot of respect and dignity was shown to me today. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant experience.
