Never met her or spoke with her. Met with Amy Hicks her Nurse Practitioner, mandatory Re-evaluation Exam for my Prescription to be refilled. They tried to call me about my Test results on Sat. but was unable to talk then.Contacted the “doctor” that Tuesday due to getting Text & Phone Messages from my Pharmacy that I had a Prescription ready, for a New Drug that I was told nothing about. I was redirected from one staff person to the next, being told incorrect information by each about my actual reason for Visit and Examination. In simply asking to speak to my ACTUAL doctor, I was immediately told I could find another PCP to visit. Tried to leave a message with Dr. Chambless and Amy Hicks to speak with them. Never heard back. Called again to speak with Dr. Chambless was told she doesn’t take Personal calls, not even from Patients. Then was told to look for a new PCP because I was released as a patient since the last Friday, which was before calling Saturday with my Test Results?!
