I would give 0 if could. I had two surgeries with IBJI - spent over $30K on the surgeries. Their lack of patient skills is breathtaking. I had a balance from 9 months prior that I thought was still being adjusted by the insurance company and they sent me to collections over a $121 remaining balance. They didn't even give me a heads up to pay or they would send to collections. This impacted me on my credit score as it occurred as I was just applying for a loan and crushed my stellar credit. They treat patients horribly - support staff worst I ever have seen - the surgeons don't seem to care, they are above it all. I would avoid at all cost.

I have already recommended Dr. Ackerman to 3 others. He is special as he has SKILLS & a compassionate heart. If you call him or send him a message he himself responds. Not a PA or NP. He reminds me of an old fashioned doctor. & yes I would recommend the other physicians there. I see the pain Dr. & spine Doctor & have seen the hip doctor.
