The office manager & the front receptionist team are not so cultured or diverse when dealing with people of color. There is no privacy when discussing financial, personal or private matters, it’s very humiliating when the whole lobby can hear your information being discussed about your income or payment arrangements. The office manager whole aura is very demeaning. She will gaslight, over-talk you, & insult you with a smile on her face and nice-nasty tone. She is quite a piece of work and absolutely very rude. I was denied treatment after two surgeries because there was some discrepancies with my insurance company, After the first surgery did not go so well I was lured back by the doctor, for a second surgery & then he refused to complete the care. The whole experience was horrible! The office manager needs some additional training on soft skills such as communication and problem solving. All people should be treated with respect and dignity and not like they are trash.
