Dr Vincent Vacketta
I've never been treated with more dignity and respect than I was treated by Dr Vincent... This man truly cares about the seriousness, the vulnerability, the embarrassment even he made all of that go away the moment he started treating me his actions led me to trust him with my life. He truly cares about how hurt I am and putting it back together right and making sure I heal right that's the kind of doctor I want with a shattered ankle. He's a wizard, angel and also he's pretty hot. So Dr Vince if you see this which I hope you do thank you thank you thank you for treating me like a person and not an account number for caring for me as a human being that's been hurt. Thank you Midwest orthopedics you did right the moment he came. Thank you Dr Vincent Vacketta you're making this really bad process very easy for me and painless I can't believe how painless this injury has been and it's because of how good you were at putting me back together so thank you

Rude unhelpful aggressive Joyce
I couldn’t agree more with this other review. The billing department sent my bill to an address that I lived at 11 or 12 years ago. They didn’t put in the information on the form that I had to fill out with my current address. This caused me to not get a bill and for my account to be sent to collections and go on my credit report. They would do nothing to help me fix this when I did nothing wrong.

Terrible Office staff
The office staff at this facility is absolutely the rudest, most incompetent group I have ever come in contact with. They do not know what they are doing, refuse to assist you in getting the proper information, snotty and rude to my insurance provider who was trying to assist me.nurses and doctors are good, for the most part, but the staff- omg, I do not want to go there because of them! I have been seen there for years, and they have always been terrible. I told a doctor long ago, who wrote it down, but nothing has ever changed. I have had Medicare care in Chicago, Mayo, Quad Cities and nothing rises to the level of incompetence of these people. They all need lessons- serious lessons- in how to do their jobs, how to assist the patients, how to speak to all with respect and dignity , and how to be fully informed about handling insurance issues, doctor/ patient communication, representing the offic3 and just plain common decency!
