Dr. N......i staff is the worst. They don't listen to you and in some cases they do the complete opposite of what you want. I only meet and talked to Dr. N......i once and I thought it went well. We were laughing and smiling but I was told a few months later to go see another doctor because him and his staff said I had a attitude problem. I talked to their manager and asked why are they saying this about me but they didn't have a answer for me. I recommend staying away from this Doctor and his staff at Rockford gastro. It's horrible how they treat people.

Only reason to go here is because they have a monopoly. Worst front office staff to the point were you literally are insulted. I really don't feel good about this place.
