First off, parking was bad, and especially getting into the office, since signs-directions are not good. I had called in the morning to confirm appointment, and then when I get in the desk person says she can't confirm my insurance. Ten minutes later she says the doctor is in a procedure now and since I was a few mins late, I will have to come back 2 hours later! I was like NO, I'm not taking that... first this place is terrible to access, second, you had my insurance for two weeks and now saying you can't verify it, third, I confirmed my appointment and even called in the same day, and now you're telling me to come back in 2 hours and blaming it on me... NO WAY!! Doctors think they're gods and you owe them after paying so much and waiting so much. No way... I pass!! I'll go to another place. Good luck with this office and this doctor team... they're not fair. Also, the doctor's assistant that told the desk person to tell me to come back had a nasty face and look... Smile baby!!!
