Treated by Winfield Pathology consultants in Nov 2023. Billed for said treatment. Paid bill for on Dec 12, 2023. WPC sent repeated bills through March, April 2024 seeking payment for same. Made repeatedly calls to WPC billing department saying bill was paid, providing proof twice. In Apr 2024 WPD sent bill to collections agency who began sending bills seeking payment to them. Talked to them, telling them bill was paid. Talked to WPD billing again multiple times including two requests to WPD home office requesting they confirm bill was paid and call off collectors. Repeated promises to address and confirm. To date no contact from WPC or their billing department. Have continued to received calls from collections agency as late as last week. Requested meeting with WPC management. Refused. Now 8 months, no action to stop collections calls nor will they return any calls promised. Horrible business. Avoid. Will never allow treatment by them again.
