I had an appointment with Dr. Klootwyk this afternoon for a post op visit. I arrived 15 minutes early to check-in and sent to the blue waiting room where I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was taken back to an exam room. I waited in the exam room for an additional 20 minutes with no interaction with Dr. Klootwyk or staff when I had to leave to return to work. This is the 2nd time I have had to wait 45 minutes to an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Klootwyk, unfortunately for me this time I couldn't stay and wait for him or I would risk loosing my job. Besides the obvious inconvenience of wasting my time, I find this to be a sign that Dr. Klootwyk and Forte Sports Medicine do not respect their clients or their time.
